What an idiot I've been

I don't know if you wake up in the middle of the night and have been struck with a clearing?
Well I guess it just got clear for me that I made a huge mistake while training our dogs...

I should have started with this before they reached the age of 12 weeks and worked like mad with this signal during the off season.
In obedience training I put hours of exercise in reversed temptation and for rewarding just simple eye contact, but I have totally forgotten to make the short single little sound of a whistle to a reflex for the dog to make the same.

Now you know what I will try to make up for the next week, month, year... 🙈🙈🙈
